Founded in 1970, ForwardDental is a large multi group practice located through out Wisconsin. with over 30 locations each practic physical size varies for each clinic.  One may find 1-5 dentist per location along with 1-2 hygienist for each doctor. Each location has received full accreditation through the Association Accreditation of Ambulatory Health Care Centers (AAAHC). The dentists practice in an environment with the use of digital technology for both patient records and radiography, and digital impression technology.
