~~Currently we are seeking men preferable with a military background who hold an expertise in commitment to join our Arizona ground based search and rescue Delta One Tactical Team. We are seeking 15 groups of men that meet our minimum qualifications for a variety of different positions. This position requires traveling out of country. Currently, our Delta One tactile team comprises of 10 permanent Search and Rescue teams in various parts of South Africa.
The Delta One Tactical Search and Rescue teams are run on a position approved basis. Delta can work with organizations such as the South African Air WSAR (Wilderness Search and Rescue) SASAR (South African Search and Rescue Organization) and the ARCC (Aeronautical Rescue Co-ordination Centre) and many others. Team members include mountaineers, military medical professional (e.g. paramedics, military, special forces, disabled vets, guides).
The Delta One Tactical Search and Rescue provides extensive hands on training through our program to ensure you meet all tactical and intellectual mission strategies. We will provide all travel expenses, rescue and tactical equipment suitable for all land based operations for the assigned missions. Each mission various in duration and can be up to 2- 8 months at a time.  This is a full time position, all applications are reviewed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be willing to travel out of country, mostly South Africa. Although, missions may be in assigned countries in various countries in the future. You must be willing to travel, no exceptions.
Military experience preferred, but not necessary. Tell us what your level of expertise is in your resume.

You must be able to physically walk distances, sit, stand and carry up to 50 pounds for long periods.

Once you’re considered a candidate for our Delta One Tactical Team, you will be approved for the entrance program. You must pass a Delta One Tactical Course in which you will be trained one on one in all aspects of this position. Pay grade levels vary on your expertise and qualifications.
Pay ranges based on your expertise and willingness to pass the courses. Can range from $50k to $200K per year, once all courses have been completed and your expertise is what we are looking for.
