Marketing manager/Executive Assistant

About the Job

Part-time Personal/Executive Assistant is needed to support an entrepreneur managing multiple businesses in the South Bay – must have flexibility to work from their own home at times. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who is detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task. A positive, team oriented attitude and focused approach with an ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions are a must. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing with a fast moving and flexible company.  Some construction and/or real estate knowledge are helpful.  Reliable vehicle with insurance is required as some driving will be required.  We are a close knit group of real good getters that want to expand team with fun, like minded people. Position requires approximately 20-40 hours a week. Flexible schedule could include some weekend hours.  

Daily tasks may include the following:

  • Writing blog posts for websites

  • Managing/Tracking costs/expenses from multiple entities in Quickbooks online

  • Managing and sending Docusign paperwork

  • Scheduling subcontractors/Ordering material

  • Interfacing with high level contacts

  • Completing special projects

  •  

Qualified candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 2-years experience working in clerical or as a personal and/or executive assistant

  • The ability to multi-task, make decisions,  and prioritize

  • Strong organizational skills

  • A detail-oriented and proactive nature

  • A positive and professional approach to work

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Tech savvy

  • Online marketing knowledge is a HUGE plus!
