supporting our troops

Our commitment to Veterans has never wavered. In fact, veterans compose more than 20% of our employee base, allowing us to lead the state in recognizing the value that former military personnel bring to the civilian workplace.

We are partnering with the state's nonprofit and education community to support veterans' initiatives. The community recently awarded $10,000 to Maricopa Community Colleges for its veterans' centers in the West Valley and has partnered with Goodwill of Central Arizona to fund employment training for veterans. In addition, we worked with the City of Phoenix and other Arizona corporations to launch the Veterans Economic Communities Initiative, which is led by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and promotes economic success for veterans in partnership with local communities.

By offering veterans innovative forms of learning and employment opportunities through different partnerships, these communities help veterans gain competitive career skills and knowledge in local in-demand fields.

We are committed to serving veterans and veteran organizations that are working to provide future opportunities for our nation's heroes.
