QUALIFICATIONS for entry-level team support technicians

Ideal candidates will be highly motivated team players, who desire to learn and grow professionally in an organization committed to Safety and Quality. They must have the physical capability of thriving in a demanding operational environment and performing well in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, noise, shift work).

Required:
• Authorized to work in the US.
Minimum education high school diploma/GED
• Considers safety first, for self and others, in every task and situation
• Self-motivated, goal-directed team player with trouble-shooting/continuous improvement skills and mindset
Willing and able to learn operations technician skills to become senior operator
• Capable of safely lifting 45+ pounds; climbing flights of stairs, ladders, and navigating narrow walkways; using hand tools and precision equipment, often under conditions of extreme heat,cold, and noise
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
