What is a Project Manager?

• Full-time, motivated Project Manager / salesman needed to cover the Maryland market.
• The salesman will need to solicit jobs following proven methods established by MRI in concentrated areas as a supplement to the Company’s marketing campaign. This will include door-to-door canvassing in areas that have been impacted by storm events.
• Manage administrative procedures for multiple projects to insure they are moving along efficiently to completion.
• Ensure timely project completion through project scheduling, expediting of material deliveries and the management of material and document submittals/approvals.
• Provide organization and direction of subcontractors.
• Participate in weekly scheduled project staff meetings.
• Manage closeout process.
• Actively participates on internal team(s) that focus on continuous improvement of the business.
