We are looking for a very reliable person to visit and inspect and report back to us about the status of a small shopping center in Thornton, CO. This job would be a part time contract that would include visiting this center 3 - 4 times per week to inspect the grounds, the parking lot and occassionally cleaning the sidewalks or cleaning up any other debris around the center.  You would also report to us about any damages that have occured or anything else about the property that we need to know. There are currently 6 commercial tenants there and one vacancy. 

We would expect you to take pictures and send them to us regularly by "What's App" (cell phone app) or by email.  

We will pay $250/month to start off with. 

Living proximity to this address (2350 E. 120th Ave. Thornton, CO) would be a big advantage. 

Age and/or disabilities are no problem for us. We are looking for someone who is dependable and has good communication skills. This job would start in June.
