Appointment Setters/ Field appointment setters (full time/ part time, over $500 wk, Flexible Hours)

USA Insulation is in the business of helping homeowners save thousands of dollars over the course of home ownership through the installation of premium residential home insulation thus reducing their energy costs and improving their comfort level in the home. The company is celebrating its 30th year in business and has franchise locations throughout the United States.

Position Title: Appointment setters/Field appointment setter 

Reports To: Marketing Manager

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary: Responsible for marketing services to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answers customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
• Recommends products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Performs door to door marketing by interacting with prospective customers.
• Sets up, attends, and interacts with prospective customers at events.
• Posts flyers and hangs door hanger advertisements on prospective customer homes.
• Records addresses and phone numbers of prospective customers to meet with a sales representative; and
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Management.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 80 percent of the time. The individual needs to frequently move about from door to door. They must to ascend and descend steps at residences. They must be able to exchange accurate information with customers and employees while interacting. They must be able to effectively present information to management and customers with oral communication.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
