Building a solid track record of delivering quality products on time, the company grew rapidly over the next 15 years, taking Performance Welding from a “weld only” shop to full service sheet metal manufacturer.
Performance began its lean journey and began building a culture of continuous improvement.  The company further refined its strategy and became an contract manufacturer of complete metal assemblies.  The capabilities and equipment were expanded dramatitly to include robotic welding for parts of all sizes, powder coating, and full value added assembly, including functional testing, serial number identification, and kitting.
