Th e agency was formed with a MISSION to provide high quality primary healthcare and related services to the community regardless of ability to pay, in a manner which demonstrates in word and deed the love of Jesus Christ.
While primary medical care is our anchor program, CCHC has become equally renowned for our presence as a multi-pronged social service agency. By incorporating primary medical treatment into a comprehensive slate of supportive programs, CCHC strives to meet the holistic needs of our community residents.
