Once of which involves taking calls to book potential customers to conference calls and in-person meetings to discuss travel related products. We are looking for positive, outgoing individuals who want to make great money while helping others. Phone experience is a plus but we find that what matters most is a good attitude and work ethic. We offer a base plus a healthy commission with plenty of room to move up the ladder in responsibility and of course pay. These positions include, booking, management, sales, customer service and administrative roles. We have several positions in which we move our employees up to on a regular basis. Duties & Responsibilities -- Outbound Sales representative:
This position is located in Orange County, CA and cannot be filled remotely.

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Must display an assertive and positive behavior.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, which includes the use of proper telephone etiquette
• Always professional, with a friendly tone.
• Making daily outbound calls to prospective leads.
• All leads are provided
• The ability to effectively communicate sales and services to potential customers
• Make follow up calls/call backs to customers as needed
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding specific individual customer service goals, such as
• Making the required number of calls, daily, weekly and monthly
• Meeting or exceeding the minimum number of calls daily
• Meeting or exceeding minimum appointments for the week.
• Following assigned schedule with minimal tardiness and absences
• Contributes to a positive work environment.
• Full time, part time, base, and commission

Requirements-

• Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills.
• Communication Skills: Providing accurate, professional, friendly, patient, composed and polite service when speaking with prospects
• Phone sales experience is a plus, not required
