San Diego Sportservice at Qualcomm Stadium

San Diego Sportservice is the new proud partner and exclusive food and beverage provider at Qualcomm Stadium, a venue with more memorable moments than any other stadium in the US.  Qualcomm Stadium is home to the San Diego Chargers, San Diego State University Aztecs, Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl and San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl. The Q also hosts numerous special events such as Monster Jam, Supercross, international soccer matches and concerts.

As a Culinary Supervisor at San Diego Sportservice, you will contribute to the guest experience by ensuring our standards are upheld and team members are providing high quality food offerings, while maintaining a profitable and responsible operation.

Your performance will be evaluated against these critical areas:
•Decision Making & Problem Solving: Make sure we control waste to be responsible for our environment and our profitability.  Ensure challenges are addressed timely, mitigating any disruption in service, selecting the best course of action to ensure our guests needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
•Compliance: maintain the highest quality standards for sanitation and hold others accountable to the same.
•Guest service & quality: staying passionately committed to providing fast and high quality offerings.
•Leadership: Coach your team, provide feedback and offer direction to ensure our service promise of Creating special experiences one guest at a time ®.

We are seeking candidates with a passion for food and previous experience supervising others.  Candidates with exceptional decision-making and leadership skills, integrity, high levels of energy and enthusiasm, that can build relationships and has a get the job done attitude, will be considered for this unique opportunity.  Schedule will be dependent upon the Qualcomm Stadium schedule, evenings and weekends are required.
