Loving Care Transitional Home, LLC DBA Loving Care Services has been an Ohio Department of Health (ODH) licensed-care and service provider for many years.  We have evolved from being a licensed and monitored provider of adult family homes to being certified as an authorized Agency Provider for the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (ODDD) to now offering home/health skilled nursing care to our patients.  Recently a CHAP accredited agency, our service  of superior care is unquestionable.

Now we bring our considerable experience and years of unparalleled service in care-giving into the area of Home Health care for seniors, on all who have recently been released from the hospital needing additional care at home.  Our stat-tested nursing assistants, home-health aides, LPN and registered nurses are friendly, reliable and experienced in all levels of care.  We treat each one of our clients with love and respect, and we go to every length to make you feel comfortable and well-cared for while you live in your own home- versus going to live in an assisted-living, group or nursing home.

Our services range from supported living services- providing or helping our clients with a wide range of activities of daily living (e.g.., assisting them with personal or self-care skills performed on a regular basis) with or without the use of adaptive and assistive devices that enable a client to meet basic life needs for food, hygiene and appearance- to skilled nursing care, physical and occupational therapy.
