Call Center Representative

We distribute products to both government and public and private agencies, educational systems, health facilities, as well as direct to the individuals. Responsibility
In this rapidly growing industry, MaxiAids is both a market leader and innovator, creating and distributing an impressive number of new products every year. Due to our growth, we are seeking a full time motivated, pleasant/ professional Call Center Representative in our Farmingdale office who can provide a positive customer service experience able to work well under pressure having excellent telephone skills. As an active listener who will identify and act upon new product and upsell opportunity.
Perform additional duties assigned by management
Required experience:
2+ years Customer Service experience focused on organizations such as nonprofit agencies, government agencies, educational sales, or institutional sales
Prior successful sales experience including up selling and cross selling
Proven results for development of existing accounts while growing customer base through new accounts
Pleasant attitude and can work under pressure and adapt to change
Able to work independently and with co workers
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient Excel & Word and Outlook
College degree preferred or equivalent experience in call center and sales
Bilingual a plus
