Wise Foods Inc. (“Wise” or “the Company”) is a leading producer of salty snacks with a long heritage in its core Eastern U.S. markets.  Founded in 1921, Wise is a brand of tradition and authenticity that consumers have come to know and trust over the last 90 years.  Since its inception, this iconic brand has symbolized great tasting snacks for many generations of consumers.  The Company’s core markets, described as “Wiseland”, encompass 21 states in the Eastern U.S. representing approximately 35% of the U.S. Snack market.  The Company has extensive distribution throughout Wiseland with a presence in major grocery retailers, neighborhood markets and urban bodegas, as well as established retailers in the mass, convenience store, drug, food service and club channels.
 
The Company manufactures and sells a full line of salty snack products, including potato chips; cheese flavored baked and fried corn snacks, tortilla chips, pretzels, popcorn, corn chips, onion rings and other assorted snacks.  The Company markets its products under some of the most recognizable brand names in the salty snack industry, including Wise, Cheez Doodles, New York Deli and Bravos.  The Company also produces private label products for a number of retailers throughout Wiseland.  Products are distributed using a direct-store-door (“DSD”) delivery and merchandising system, allowing the Company to maintain control over merchandising to enhance product presentation and ensure quality for its customers.
