24 year old family run, certified organic vegetable CSA farm  looking for a hard working crew member for full time employment, May through October.  Mostly Tuesday through Saturday. Seeding, planting, ploughing, weeding, feeding, harvesting, all stages of plant production  and soil management for a 120 member Community Supported Agriculture farm.  Employee needs a car,  regular heavy lifting, some machine work, bending for planting and harvesting and constant hand work. Some people skills as you work with all the members and crew during the summer. Outside work under all weather conditions.  Person local to this area preferred.  There is some housing for the right person. Some one who loves food, the out of doors. working with the soil,  and people.
