Job Description: Anchor Associates, Chelsea seeks 3 individuals to expand our real estate team. Founded in 2001, Anchor Associates is a dynamic and down-to-earth NYC real estate firm that specializes in Manhattan apartment sales, rentals and corporate relocation. We work actively with our clients in their apartment search and sale process to navigate them through the complex, fast-paced NYC real estate market as quickly and effectively as possible. Our agents are knowledgeable, energetic, enthusiastic and experienced. We have our finger on the pulse of the Manhattan apartment market and will always provide the most comprehensive, up-to-date information.

Responsibilities include: Advertising, meeting clients, following leads, negotiating and closing deals.  Six figure incomes are common in an agent's 2nd and 3rd years in the company. Our formal interactive training program, Anchor Success University, one on one training, mentorship program for new agents, and ongoing coaching and training for our veteran agents are amount NYC bests.
