"Entry-Level" customer service experience is OK, but you
MUST know and be comfortable using
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. We have two websites and use a couple of proprietary computer programs that sometimes need tweaking...so, if you are handy with computer coding/programming and/or website design, that would be a BIG plus!
