Wiford Gallery is a high volume art gallery in Santa Fe, NM that sells fine art to high end customers in a relaxed southwestern environment.  The work requires a commitment to excellence, and will be demanding in very constructive ways.  Beautiful, great working environment.  We are looking for a team of people (5-7) who understand leadership and authority, mission and teamwork, and can communicate respectfully and enthusiastically with ease.  The team we will choose must be teachable.  If you can do what we teach you, you will succeed handily.  If you can teach what we teach you, then we will grow together.  This group will represent a foundation for growth and expansion for the enterprise.  We will be aiming for ideals.  All candidates must be leadership material, hardworking, understand chain of command, with a high sense of personal responsibility.  Positions include admin, shipping and sales.  Pay is commensurate with performance, but has faithfully been above the industry standard.  These are scalable positions for highly motivated people, which can lead to continued growth, and business partnership/ownership. Ideally, we would like to interview a leader and his or her team.
