Southeast Pipe is located in the Town of Patterson, a beautiful small town in rural Southeast Georgia. David R. Herrin started the company in 1984. Incorporated in Georgia on September 12, 1985, SPS is fully licensed as a water and sewer utility contractor in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Known for our ability to handle “the tough stuff”, SPS has built a commendable reputation in trenchless repair, offering services such as: CCTV Inspection, Cleaning, Root Removal, Manhole Rehabilitation, Grouting, Test and Seal, Dye Testing, Smoke Testing, Flow Monitor Studies, Cured-in-Place Pipe Installation, CIPP Spot Repair, Pipe Bursting, Slip Lining, and Open cut Pipe Installation.
