WOS is a non-profit organization that works to pair talented young recent college graduates and Veterans with client companies to fulfill their IT and business resource needs. WOS seeks to place talented individuals into immediate consultancy positions, thus allowing them to begin their careers in the information technology and business arenas. 

 

We do this through our two main programs- customized training for clients and On Demand Services. In our customized programs we train young adults and veterans and place them into IT consultancy roles through our corporate partners. With On Demand, we recruit recent college graduates and Veterans with degrees in IT and/or Business and place them in entry level consultancy roles (no training on our end).

Currently WOS operates in 26 cities throughout the US. To date we have assisted more than 900 Veteran men and women through training and employment opportunities.
