Resource Plus provides merchandising to a chain of home improvement stores in the western United States.

Job Description includes:
Customer Service (helping customers locate plants)
Merchandising Live Goods (placing plants, trees & shrubs according to   plan-o-gram and merchandising standards)
Communication with Resource Plus management
Cooperation with store management

Merchandiser will assist in maintaining the garden center while working with the Live Nursery Specialist, Store Management Team and Resource Plus District Manager for Live Nursery.

Weekly hours and schedules are flexible and will be arranged with your District Manager.

Requirements:
Outdoor work is required; must be able to work some Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.  Applicant should be well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills; must be 18 or older; must have high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass background check. 

Desired:
Previous merchandising and/or customer service experience; Basic plant knowledge or Lawn and Garden experience a plus; Ability to read and understand Plan-o-grams.
