We are looking for an experienced automotive technician.  We're looking for a team worker, a qualified, well rounded, certified tech that has experience in electronics, diagnostics, maintenance, suspension, and a belief that we can maintain our customers cars and keep them from breaking down.  We are not looking for a smog tech.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a vehicle evaluation, using a check sheet on every vehicle assigned
• Perform work assignments in accordance with the time schedules as assigned by the Service Advisor
• Utilize shop time keeping system for all operations of repair and diagnostics
• Maintain a low "Comeback" rate
• Provide complete, accurate and neatly written descriptions of testing, repair, and maintenance performed
• Achieve and maintain ASE certification

We are open Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, technician hours are typically 8-5 (but we can be flexible if need be). We have a very up-to-date shop, with a computer assigned to each tech station. Technicians can quickly access technician resources including the internet, Alldata, Iatn, and Identifix. Our equipment and scanners are well maintained and up-to-date. We currently use the Tech2, OTC Pegisys, Launch, and have a new Hunter Alignment Machine. Our shop is well-organized, clean and well-lit. We are located in a well trafficked area of town and are very proud to have an extremely loyal customer base. The ideal person for this position will possess high morals and ethics, as our relationship with our customers is built on trust and quality. 

We are looking for clean, well-organized, quality oriented, team player. Technician compensation is based on a guaranteed hourly rate plus a weekly bonus plan that depends on the skill, productivity and qualifications of the technicians
