We have an immediate need for Self-Storage Relief Manager with 2+ years of storage/retail experience who possess excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic team in Mesa, AZ. You will receive the training needed to excel in one of the fastest growing industries and can be part of a fast growing family business that rewards your hard work in managing a self-storage facility.
Job Description:
Renting Storage Units
Conversion of phone, internet and walk-in inquiries to rentals
Ability to quickly learn new software
Collecting Payments
Great customer service
Daily walkthrough of the facility
Job Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (retail sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)
Must be a team player
Proficient with computers: Word, Excel, Internet
Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and drug test
***FLUENCY IN SPANISH A PLUS BUT NOT A MUST***
Compensation:
$9 per hour + $10 for every self-storage unit rental
