Construction company in Southern Pines seeking a full-time Office Manager to provide adminstrative adn project support. The position will work collaboratively with President and staff to maintain optimal workflow and ensure all operations of the office run smoothly and efficently.  The atmosphere is realxed and the position is not micromanaged.

Responsiblities:  *Manage client relationships by assisting with project selections decisions, tracking allowance budgets, scheduling, and maintaining client and project records. *Communicate, update the clients. *Maintain systems and processes for efficiency. *Tracking sub constractors insurance policies, completing permit applications. *Assist with marketing and social media (HOUZZ). *Support AR/AP. *

No construction experience is required.
