I'm looking for someone who really enjoys cooking, prepping, and enjoys a change of scenery everyday. 
This is a mobile concept (food truck & trailer) beginning our 4th year, with great growth every year.
We only go booked, we do all the major food truck events, as well as private & corporate catering, including, but not limited to... weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, holiday parties, etc... 
I'm a classically trained chef, with over 20 years in the industry. This is my first year getting ready to run 2 concepts, so I need the help... The kind of help that already has the 2 things I can't teach... Integrity & Ethic, I can teach everything else. That's why I want a veteran!
