Insurance Sales Producer
The ideal candidate must enjoy dealing with people, is able to work independently with little supervision, self-motivated, honest, reliable, quick learner, and enjoys a fast paced work environment.
PURPOSE
To provide extraordinary customer service to Allstate policyholders and to perform functions that will result in generating sales within the agency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Provide Customer Service
Collection of premiums and issue receipts
Handle billing inquiries
Process endorsements
Assist in claims (Promise Line & agent claim handling)
Answer in-coming phone calls
Greet walk-in customers
Provide verification of insurance
Assist in customer complaint handling
Participate in Customer Contact Program
2. Provide Sale Support
Gather quoting information
Assist in quoting process
Close sales/bind coverage within office
Complete applications
Order motor vehicle records
Inspect vehicles
3. Assist in Marketing Efforts
Cross-sell existing customers after servicing
Ask for referrals
Prepare solicitation mailings
Design and manage sales processes
4. Perform Other Duties as Assigned

Oral, written, telephone communication
Typing skills
Product knowledge
Required state licensing
Understanding company guidelines and rules
EQUIPMENT USED
Basic office equipment (i.e. copy machine, fax, etc.)
Allstate computer system
Windows environment with Microsoft Outlook and Windows Explorer
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Property and casualty licence required prior to start.
