A successful local home improvement contractor established in 1994 and looking to expand at an annual 15% rate for the next 5 years.  We have an excellent reputation, a profitable operation, and adequate capital for expansion goals.  This is not a startup company, but we are working to create a franchise model so that we have the option of opening other regional branches and/or offering new services. But for now our near-term goals are more modest and concentrated on doubling our business on the Peninsula and north Santa Clara Valley.
