Maintenance Technician

Description

This position requires an individual who has knowledge in all phases of maintenance work as well as routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures.

Job Duties
•Responsible for the completion of all janitorial and maintenance service requests as assigned.
•Work within expense limits and project budgets set by Management.
•Coordinate special projects as directed by the Manager.
•Identifies maintenance issues and reports these to the Manager.
•Manage and submit all material receipts to Manager.
•Attend meeting as scheduled by Management.
•Complete extensive Maintenance projects. •This may include dry walling, electrical projects, installations, ect.

•Complete interior and exterior at assigned properties.
•This may include picking up trash throughout property, and sweeping, vacuuming, changing light bulbs, carpet cleaning, cleaning
 windows, touch up paint as needed.
•Special projects and other responsibilities may be determined

Requirements
•Able to lift 50 - 100 pounds of force occasionally.
•Able to lift 25 - 50 pounds of force occasionally and 10 - 20 pounds of force constantly.
•Professionalism
•Excellent customer service
•Daily travel (company vehicle will be provided)
•Valid Driver's License required
•Mechanical licenses preferred
