CUSTODIAL / MAINTENANCE POSITION

Hello,

I am seeking assistance at my building in Hollywood, California.
The job has potential for growth and is in a fun environment.
You would report directly to me (Facilities Manager) but I basically allow you to manage yourself and your own time.
I would like someone who has mechanical experience and who would enjoy assisting me with building related projects on top of daily cleaning duties.

The job is currently part time and starts at $10/hr
I'd like someone who has open availability but I am also willing to work with his or her availability.

Person must pass drug / background test and prove citizenship.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure. Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty / clean wastebaskets and refill restroom dispensers. Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings. Lock and unlock assigned buildings: secure building when facilities are not in use, checking for unlocked doors and windows, report any unauthorized occupants.

Qualifications

Flexible availability (weekends and evenings are a MUST) Experience dealing with large crowds a plus Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm while doing repetitive work Reliable and punctual Ability to work well independently, you will possess a high standard of performance and as well as the motivating ability to work well within a team. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate machinery.
