In 2000, ATECS was formed in Colorado by three RF engineers to create an RF engineering consulting and services firm focused on development of advanced wireless technologies. The three founders have experience working as engineers, managers, and directors at numerous wireless carriers including AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, and US West/Qwest. As time progressed, ATECS' clients desired more than just RF engineering services, resulting in the addition of other professional services including Site Acquisition, Construction and Project Management, Architecture & Engineering, Regulatory Engineering, and Test & Measurement.

In 2003, MC Squared Holdings was formed in Colorado by a veteran construction general contractor and electrician to build and modify cell sites for wireless service providers. MC Squared performed all phases of construction and electrical work including civil, tower erection, antenna and line, and electrical services. The focus of MC Squared was to self-perform all work and never sub-contract work in order to keep safety and quality at the highest possible level.

Over time, ATECS and MC Squared started partnering together to work on projects, which lead to a joint effort resulting in Centerline Solutions.

Today, Centerline Solutions is a full turnkey provider of any service needed in the wireless telecommunications sector. As part of our commitment to safety and quality, we continue to self-perform all services in house.
