DGW is creating a business unit to focus on automation and productivity.  This unit will eventually house R&D, product design, and prototyping for the parent company.  The ideal candidate needs to be ready to problem solve at a fast pace with the current, highly driven team members already in place and work on multiple projects.  He/she must be able to switch quickly between projects and see multiple projects through to completion.
