Oxford Realty was founded in 1992, by its President, Carol Ann Hewitt, and specializes exclusively in luxury and estate properties throughout the Central Florida area.  Our clients are among those who wish to sell their properties and have them marketing on the global market, of those who are purchasing properties nationally or interntionally.  A real estate license is not required to apply, but is required to work in the company. We offer personal training on the job.  Each sales associate is an independent contractor. This is a commission-based position and not salaried. Each associate is responsible for paying their own government taxes and for this reason, this position is better suited to a person who has some other source of income.  This job provides an opportunity for a person to develop their own business and gain entry into the luxury real estate market with an established, well respected firm and a highly skilled broker who will train each associate.
