We have a non-traditional payplan that rewards sales professionals based on the number of sales they can make rather than commission on profit. We believe that our staff should have the same goals as our customer.
We require a professional appearance, interpersonal skills, a desire to learn, a desire to succeed, and an understanding that no organization can strive without teamwork. Before Nissan existed in the US, Sunbelt was selling Datsuns; we still keep one in our showroom! Sunbelt Nissan has always been a family owned and operated dealership with a strong belief in treating both employees and customers like family as well. We take pride that our strong belief in honesty and integrity has resulted in such a long standing operation. We currently operate out of our Sunbelt Nissan location in West Augusta and the Sunbelt AutoSaver on Peach Orchard Road. Both locations take part in our ever-growing rental department as we continue to serve customers across the CSRA.
