The key results areas of my role are: timeliness of hiring, quality of delivered candidates and reasonable costs of the hiring process. Assisting to achieve client objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates. Developing and executing recruiting plans while determining recruiting requirements by studying organization plans, objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
