This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a "Real Estate Complete" work product. Work involves supervising third party vendors in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits.
