City of Greenville Job Summary Under broad parameters defined by the Chief Human Resources Officer and in accordance with general organizational requirements and accepted practices, manages the daily operation and administration of all City employee benefit plans including, but not limited to, health, dental, and life insurance programs, disability, medical and dependent daycare flexible spending accounts (FSA), retirement plans, and cancer plans.
