The Key Account Manager manages all retail accounts with less than 100 stores across the Natural and Conventional channels. This includes management of category reviews and promotional planning. Internally they work cross functionally with the trade and demand planning teams to maintain a forecast for new item launches and promotional periods. The KAM facilitates relationships with broker partners and merchandisers to support accounts.
