About this role We are seeking a Team Lead, Software Engineering to lead a Gateway engineering team based in Gurgaon within the Client Experience Platform (CXP) organization. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining strong technical ownership, people leadership, and delivery accountability, with close collaboration across global teams. The Gateway platform is a critical client‑facing entry point to Aladdin, enabling secure access across web, mobile, and API channels.
