The Family Access Manager (FAM) is responsible for engaging cross functional stakeholders on the next steps to support appropriate patients getting started and staying on rare disease therapies. The FAM will get to the root of any logistical and/or non-clinical issues impacting treatment initiation and ongoing therapy.
