About this role We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to be part of our Index Licensing Operations (ILO) team. This team member will be aligned to specific index vendors to develop a deep understanding of their specific reporting requirements and fee structures and will be the operational face to the vendor. They will assist with evolving ILO processes and tools that drive index usage reporting and invoicing each quarter. The Program aims to provide crisis de-escalation without use of law enforcement unless necessary for consumer or team safety. Hours: Full time; various shifts.
