Kaiser Permanente Job Summary: This jobs primary focus is to provide high quality clinical supervision on every aspect of the role for pre-masters students, post-masters associate-level providers and Doctoral Practicum students in Psychiatry and/or Addiction Medicine departments. Depending on area need, may provide clinical supervision of licensed providers. Will be involved in hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation and disciplinary process. Will provide supervision in models such as competence-based supervision, reflective supervision or other models per program need. Supervisor may work regionally across various medical centers or for a local medical center and associated clinic(s).
