Job Details Job Location : Horton - Burlington County, NJ Position Type : Part Time Education Level : Graduate Degree Salary Range : $45.00 - $60.00 Hourly BCBA In conjunction with the Behaviorist Supervisor, the BCBA plans and provides behavior management programs for youth enrolled in the program. Provides related services to administrators, staff, parents, and the community as appropriate. Actively participates in the development and implementation of policies relative to the management of problematic behaviors. Identifies target behavior, conducts the Functional Behavioral Assessment as well as the plan development. Obtains all approvals and consents for the behavior plan. Monitors all plans, supervises all documentation, and is responsible for all training of staff involved in behavior plans. Hours Position is part-time with a flexible work schedule.
