Description Provides the operational functions and support for various SME event as assigned. Performs appropriate event venue and service providers research, capabilities assessment and submits recommendations for selected event(s). Acts as the primary (day to day) contact for selected venues and vendor partners. Executes and actively monitors expense budgets. Description Support implementation of advanced manufacturing education programs in order to attract and provide high school students with the academic and technical skills, knowledge and training to succeed in future careers as skilled manufacturing engineers and technicians. MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Collaborate with regional manufacturers to coordinate and prepare workforce assessments Work with high school principals, educators and guidance counselors in the development of strategic plans to provide manufacturing vocational career pathways and curricula offerings based on regional workforce needs.
