Doyon Management Services Overview: Internship Program - Summer 2026 Duration: 4 weeks Pay: $20-$22 per hour Program Overview This internship provides hands-on exposure to both corporate and field operations within a federal construction management company. The intern will participate in structured job shadowing to gain a practical understanding of how federal construction projects are planned, managed, and executed. Schedule & Rotation Overview The internship will include a mix of remote and onsite shadowing: Corporate Functions (Remote): Shadow Human Resources, Contracts, Project Controls, and Finance teams.
