The Nature Conservancy What We Can Achieve Together: The Associate Director of Philanthropy (ADOP) is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of 60-120 qualified donors with the capacity to give over $100,000 or more. These new and long-time donors will be identified through an existing list of prospects. The ADOP will build strong relationships between donors and TNC and act as the primary relationship manager for their engagement with TNC. They will understand and apply complex principles of developing donor strategies for each individual, while honoring the donor's interests and helping to meet the organization's funding needs both globally and locally.
