Creative Circle Our entertainment client is looking for a Project Coordinator to work a two-month assignment with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Silver Spring, MD 3 days/week (can work from home remaining 2 days - 40hr/week role). This role will serve as a key partner in Production & Development by providing coordinator and administrative support to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. The Production Coordinator will assist the production team by managing executive calendars, organizing travel plans, processing travel expense reports, scheduling meetings, tracking cuts/outlines/descriptions, and overall production materials.
