SOC Operators monitor computer-driven access control, surveillance, and life-safety systems throughout the museum campus. The SOC also coordinates incident response with alarm service vendors, emergency responders and in-house security staff. Additional duties include maintaining daily activity logs, filing incident reports, operational and performance tests of relevant systems, and basic maintenance of control center equipment.
