Lincoln Property Company The Maintenance Technician ensures the integrity of building systems by performing routine maintenance and minor repairs while supporting the efficient operation of equipment. This role provides hands-on support for general maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform repairs in restroom facilities, including toilets and soap dispensers; clear drains using plungers and handheld augers. Conduct general labor tasks, such as carrying, stacking, and sorting materials; debris removal. Safely use employer-provided vehicles to travel for parts and supplies, adhering to all traffic laws.
