Mountain Park Health Center Mountain Park Health Center is looking for Pharmacists to join our well-established and accredited group of pharmacists who provide high quality pharmaceutical patient care and services to patients at our Baseline and Maryvale clinic sites. As a pharmacist, you will foster the pharmacist-patient-provider relationship and motivate patient cooperation toward the delivery of care. The Pharmacist will also review and evaluate medication orders, dispense medication, and will provide counseling and information to patients and staff about medications and their use when prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners.
